This treatment dates back 4000 years. Starting with a back massage to relax and release tension, followed by a face and scalp massage. Using techniques to improve circulation and the energy flow of the body. At the end a nourishing mask will be applied to the scalp.

Soak your tired feet in a warm footbath with ecological sea salt. An exfoliation will make your feet soft and smooth followed by a cooling foot mask to improve the circulation, finish off with a massage of feet and lower legs and you feel ready for another day on the skies.

A relaxing and balancing massage using warm stones from Jämtland. The heat from the stones relaxes the muscles, increases the blood flow which accelerates the healing process. Stones are also places on meridians to create a balance in the body.
