Our aim behind the selection of Fjällnäs’s very special wine list is to present a perfect interplay between individual taste sensations. We want the raw ingredients to be noticed and the challenge lies in continuously finding the perfect meeting of tastes between food and drink. We prefer to collaborate with small producers, where the craft tradition as well as a genuine passion for drinks is given primary focus.
