The mountains that surround Fjällnäs are excellent for wild-skiing. You make your way quickly up the bare mountain region above the tree line and you ski practically silently whilst you have a splendid view over the Swedish and Norwegian wide open spaces. The possibilities for wild-skiing are infinite here and the vast expanse of mountains offers various experiences where the snowfall, wind-force and sunshine create new experiences daily.

Fjällnäs’s own guide will accompany you on the tour, wich is free for all guests staying at the hotel. The tour starts at the hotel and follows different directions depending on weather conditions. A minimum of 6 participants is required.

You are welcome to bring your own cross country skiing equipment. You can also rent cross-country skiis, ski boots and ski poles from the hotel.
